He received degree of communication engineering in 2011 and the MSc. degree in electronic engineering in 2014, all from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He worked as a Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) engineer in Silterra Malaysia in 2011 before he becomes a PhD candidate in IIUM in 2015. In this PhD work, he collaborated with several scientists from Linkoping University, Sweden and Limoges University, France to develop a prototype device of an integrated electrochemical and mass-sensor for early dengue detection. This work could lead to early and accurate dengue detection in routine point-of-care settings. Now, he is a Computer Engineering Lecturer in Manipal International University Malaysia. His research interests include acoustic wave electrochemistry biosensors, computational mechanics, structural dynamics, smart materials and structures, modelling of MEMS devices and VLSI design.Moreover, he is a Professional Technologist with Malaysian Board of Technologist (MBOT). He has published and presented in 22 international journal and conferences.
