The author was born on July 6, 1980 in the city of Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. He graduated from the undergraduate engineering program in 2006 at the Adhi Tama Institute of Technology Surabaya (ITATS). Next, He graduated from the Master of Engineering program in 2014 at the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Surabaya (ITS). Fields of research that have been carried out include Renewable Energy, Machine Performance, Appropriate Technology, Machining Processes and Energy Conversion Engineering.
