SUPRIYANTO PRAPTODIYONO was born in Sragen, Indonesia. He received his B.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering from Brawijaya University Malang, Indonesia in 1999. He received M.Sc and Ph.D in Advanced Computer Networks from the National Advanced IPv6 Centre, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) Malaysia 2010 and 2015 respectively. He is a lecturer in the Electrical Engineering Department at the Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa (UNTIRTA) Indonesia. From 2016, he was the head of the department as well as the supervisor of the Network Research Club. He is the author of two Indonesian networking books and more than 20 international publications. His research interest includes computer networks, IPv6 security, and wireless communication. He was a recipient of the best lecturer in the Engineering Faculty, the Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa in 2018
