Al Fauzi Rahmat is a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Economic and Regional Sciences at the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Hungary, starting in the 2023–2024 academic year with the financial aid of the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme. Mr. Al Fauzi previously earned bachelor (S.I.P.) and master (M.I.P.) degrees in government affairs and administration from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Indonesia, and received a cum laude predicate. His research focuses on tourism governance and policy, sustainable development issues, regional studies affairs, economic development, and public policy; notably, he examines these topics from a multi-stakeholder framework perspective. Throughout Mr. Al Fauzi’s academic life, he has served as a teaching and research assistant at a university during his previous studies; a researcher at a research institute focused on development issues; a speaker at workshops and scientific paper seminars; and the principal staff member of a project focused on education and language training. He not only pursued his PhD studies and worked on his research fellow but also served as a member of editors and reviewers’ board in Indonesian-indexed journals. He even received invitations letter to become a reviewer for Scopus and Web of Science-indexed journals.
