Indira is a full time Lecturer and associate professor from the Business Management of Telecommunications and Informatics Department, School of Economics and Business, Telkom University, Indonesia. She finished her doctoral degree (Ph.D) in Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia. She teaches courses in marketing management, integrated marketing communication, consumer behaviour, service management and operation in telecommunication. Her research interests include consumer behaviour in service industry, services marketing in telecommunication, and branding strategy. She is an active researcher who has published several articles in international journal Scopus indexed, national journal, and proceedings.
