Hidayat, Rahmad, is a lecturer at the Department of Administrative Science of STISIP Mbojo, Bima, Indonesia. He obtained his M.A. in Human Rights and Democracy Studies from the Department of Politics and Government, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada. His area of interest relates mainly to certain political issues such as citizenship, the welfare state, human rights, democracy, and social movement.
