Dominikus David 'Raxel' Biondi Situmorang, S.Pd., M.Pd., M.Si., C.T., C.PS., C.BNLP. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Guidance and Counseling at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. He is a 3rd Vice Dean or Head of Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation in the Faculty of Education and Language. He was a Founder and a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Creative Counseling Center, Indonesia. He is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (HIMPSI), and the Asosiasi Bimbingan dan Konseling Indonesia (ABKIN). He is the first and only Indonesian to serve as an Associate Editor of Elsevier's Reputable International Journal (Scopus Q1), Heliyon - Psychology. He is also trusted as a Review Editor at Frontiers in Psychology. He is also an Editorial Board/Reviewer for many reputable scientific International and National Journals, especially in the Counseling, Psychology, Education, and Social Science fields. He is an inventor of “Rapid Counseling/Psychotherapy” theory with Single-Session Music Therapy. He received 3 awards from the Indonesian World-Records Museum (MURI) as the songwriter and composer of the song “Doa bagi Bangsa”, “The First Indonesian whose Article has been Published in the Palliative & Supportive Care - Cambridge University Press (Rapid Tele-Psychotherapy)”, and “The first Indonesian who becomes an Associate Editor of Heliyon Psychology (Elsevier - Scopus Q1)”. Besides, he has published over 80+ peer-reviewed journal articles and others, and presented at numerous international academic and field conferences. He is also the one of "World's Top 2% Scientists", Stanford University ranking (September 2022 data-update). In addition, he is also a Musician, a Singer-Songwriter, a #raxelquotes Author, an Ex-Seminarian, a Music Counselor, a Motivator, a Trainer, and an Influencer who has many achievements.
