The author was born in Purworejo, Central Java on July 2 1971, the author is a teacher of Cyberlaw, Guarantee Law, Business Law, E-Commerce, Business Law, International Business Law and Customary Law at the Faculty of Law, Suryakacana University as the author's home base, and teaches at several Faculties and Postgraduate Law Sciences at Suryakancana University in Cianjur Regency. The author completed his Bachelor's degree from Agriculture, Uninus Bandung, a Master's degree in Criminal Law at the Suryakancana University Legal Science Postgraduate Program and a Doctoral degree also from the Bandung Islamic University in Cyber Law. The author concentrates and focuses on legal sciences, this is widely proven from his works in both national and international journals. The author is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and also a lecturer at the Faculty of Applied Science, Faculty of Islamic Business Economics and Postgraduate Legal Sciences. Also active as Head of IT at Suryakancana University, as super admin in the University Journal
