Widyastuti Purbani is a lecturer at the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Yogyakarta State University/Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. She majors in Literary Studies especially Children's Literature. Recently she is also interested in exploring the role of children's literature in literacy education.
