Averroes Fazlur Rahman Piliang is a junior researcher who is currently working as a research assistant at Material Research Unit-Chemistry Postgraduate Program Universitas Sumatera Utara under supervisor of Saharman Gea Ph.D. His interests are material physics for medical and electrical applications such as bacterial cellulose, carbon quantum dots, and graphene material. He graduated from Department of Physics Universitas Sumatera Utara, with minor topic thesis composite. Since 2016, he has been co-authorizing research articles which have been indexed in Scopus.
