My expert passion here lies in developing, adapting, and validating psychological assessments. As a lecturer at Faculty of Psychology Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA), I live out a mentorship-based teaching philosophy by helping students grow academically and professionally. And more than lesson-planning, effective education involves constantly creating and facilitating research. That means being entrusted as the Director of the Center for Lifelong Learning/CL2 (the youngest strategic unit of our faculty) and as Editor in Chief of the oldest psychological journal in Indonesian, ANIMA Indonesian Psychological Journal (AIPJ). I've also served as the Head of the Laboratory of General Psychology until May 2013, overseeing applied experiments. Statistical methodology is more than just good experimental design, however -- it makes for good business sense. Through continued applied collaborative work with partners around the globe, I bring years of experience in helping people arrive at impactful personal and professional solutions that are backed-up by data-driven analysis. And as an entrepreneur, I'm always looking for the best business decisions that help both people and organizations thrive. I've also built expertise on the theoretical framework and assessment of procrastination, with three international conference papers and more than ten journal articles. Along with research interests in HR-testing and plagiarism, I'm always looking to apply scientifically-proven psychological methodologies to help others improve their lives.
