Ash Shadiq Egim, S.E.,M.M is a Lecturer in the Management Studies Program at the Indonesian College of Banking Economics. He holds a Bachelor of Management (S.E.) from Padang State University, and a Master of Management (M.M) from Padang State University, Indonesia. His main research interests include small and medium enterprises (SMEs), consumer behavior, customer satisfaction and loyalty.
