Fegie Rizkia Mulyana, M.Pd. was born in Garut, June 12, 1989. Because her goal is to become an educator, after graduating from high school the author continued her undergraduate studies at Siliwangi University, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in the field of Physical Education, Health, and Recreation (2008-2012), then continued her master's studies at the State University of Jakarta in the field of Sports Education (2013-2015). The author has been a lecturer at the Department of Physical Education, Siliwangi University, Tasikmalaya since 2017 until now. Some of the courses he teaches are Gymnastics Learning I, Gymnastics Learning II, Didactics and Methodics of Gymnastic Activities, Taekwondo Learning, and Sports Psychology. In addition to writing in accredited journals, this man who has a hobby in sports, arts, and culture is active as a book chapter or anthology writer. In addition to academic activities, the author is also active in various sports organizations, both achievement sports organizations and recreational sports organizations. In addition, the author is active as a Pre-Service Teacher Professional Program (PPG) Assessor, a national judge for men's artistic gymnastics, and active as a member of the Indonesian Sports Mental Coaches Association (APMOI).
