M Dian Hikmawan is a lecturer at Department of Government Science at Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, Serang-Banten, Indonesia. Hikmawan is also editor in chief of Journal of Governance Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, Hikmawan finished his Undergraduate at University of Indonesia and Master by research held by Power, Welfare and Democracy (PWD) program (MA) Master of Arts collaboration at Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia, and Oslo University, Norway, in 2015. His thesis is about Politics of Difference: Democracy in Paradox. Hikmawan also follow the courses on Human Sciences at Kyushu University, Japan in 2014 and Courses Democratisation on the Global South at Oslo University (UiO), Norway in 2015. His main interest is Political Theory, Multiculturalism, political identities. His works published in internatinal and national journals.
