Trio Ageng Prayitno is one of the youth role models and a source of pride for the people of Ringin Anom Hamlet, Wringinpitu Village, Tegaldlimo District, Banyuwangi Regency. He is a lecturer at the IKIP Budi Utomo. His full name and title is Trio Ageng Prayitno, S.Pd., M.Pd. He was born in Ringin Anom Hamlet, Wringinpitu Village, Tegaldlimo District, Banyuwangi Regency. In the world of education, research, scientific journals, and authorship, it is known as the Trio. He is the first child of two brothers, Supirno and Arwani. Trio Ageng Prayitno married Nuril Hidayati on July 3 2023 and currently, his wife is pregnant with their first child. To increase his knowledge, in 2008, he studied outside the city of Banyuwangi, namely Jember, to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Biology Education, at Jember University. While studying there, he received scholarships, namely scholarships for underprivileged students which are currently known as Bidikmisi scholarships, Academic Achievement Improvement (AAI) scholarships, and Bank Indonesia scholarships. After having a Bachelor's degree (S.Pd), he continued his education at the Biology Education Postgraduate Program, State University of Malang, in 2014 with a superior scholarship program from the Indonesian government. While studying there, he gained a lot of knowledge from lecturers such as Prof. Dr. Duran Corebima Aloysius, M.Pd., Prof. Dr. Mohamad Amin, M.Si., Prof. Dr. Herawati Susilo, M.Pd., Ph.D., Prof. Dr. Abdul Gofur, M.Si., Prof. Dr. Dra. Utami Sri Hastuti, M.Pd., and many others. Furthermore, after holding a Master of Education (M.Pd) in 2015, he was recruited to become a lecturer at the IKIP Budi Utomo, Malang City. While he was a lecturer, apart from teaching he was active in conducting research in the field of biology education and microbiology. He actively disseminates research results by publishing in national and international scientific journals. He is known as the author of learning books for students. He also carries out community service activities in Saptorenggo Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency. To improve his abilities and skills, he also took part in training held by other universities and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, Technology and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. From 2016 until now, he was entrusted by IKIP Budi Utomo to manage scientific journals based on the Open Journal System. In the organizational structure of IKIP Budi Utomo, he was entrusted to be the Secretary of the Center for Research and Community Service. Apart from that, to increase information and collaboration in his profession, he was appointed secretary of the Indonesian Biology Education and Research Association for the province of East Java. During his profession as a lecturer, he also often shared knowledge with students through activities such as preparing research proposals, preparing scientific articles, and preparing external grant proposals. While working as a lecturer, he currently owns 8 copyrights and 1 trademark.
